Social Program
Reception
The reception on Sunday starts at 6:30PM on the Bahia Hotel Boat: number 30 on the hotel map. You can register in the Marina Room, which is depicted on the map, close to the boat. Registration is from 4:00PM. Tickets for extra guests are available at the registration desk between 4:00 and 6:30PM. We hope you will enjoy getting to know other conference delegates while tasting some typical Californian snacks and sipping a cool drink.


Breakfasts and Lunches
Breakfast is provided in the Alcove area of Mission AB: number 13 on the map. Lunch is available on Monday and Tuesday at the Pond: number 17 on the map. Monday is a buffet lunch and on Tuesday you are invited to tuck into a barbecue.


Monday Evening Beach/Patio Party
On Monday evening, 7:30PM, we would like to invite you to a beach party at the Del Mar Patio: number 5 on the map. Here you are welcome to partake of some snacks and refreshing beverages. The patio overlooks the beach. We hope the weather will be sunny for people to relax on the beach!


Tuesday Evening Banquet
The conference banquet will take place on Tuesday evening, 7:30PM, in the Mission Bay Ballroom (Room AB). We hope you will enjoy the menu we have put together for you.
